And, here’s the story with the video link to the man paralyzed from the chest down dumped out of his wheelchair by a law enforcement 0fficer (who was subsequently relieved of duty without pay pending investigation).
This post is about a legislator’s efforts to have police videos of officers tasering people kept secret. It includes a video of a man who was tasered after he refused to sign a speeding ticket.
