Oklahoma is not the only place where people make their unfriendly-towards-gay-people views known. This sign was described as being in a rural part of North Carolina. I spent recent years of my life in Oklahoma. I now live in North Carolina, my home state. These attitudes sadden me no matter where they are expressed. I hope that hearts and minds will continue to change for the better, and some day there will be a place where all are people are valued and all are welcomed.
