Four Bean Salad

Okay, not four beans, four kinds of beans.
1 can of white beans
1 can of kidney beans
1 can of black beans
Drain each can of beans. Rinse the beans and put them into a bowl.

Sweet Potatoes (as easy as it gets)

Buy sweet potatos (any size you like)
Wash (rinse, don’t peel)
Poke holes in top with a fork
Place on rack in oven
Bake for 1 hour @ 350F
Remove from oven (use a hot pad or oven mitts!)
Serve and eat (as is, or put a little butter on top)
