Catnip Bee
Cats aren’t the only ones who like catnip. I was delighted to discover that honeybees and bumble bees all like it as well.

That’s wonderful. I have planted catnip near my blueberries to repel JApanese beetles. I was worried that it would repel the bees as well.
Oh no, the bees are very happy with the catnip flowers. (The flowers don’t bloom until the catnip plant is big, and they’re way out at the ends of the stalks.) I would gladly plant a field of catnip if it would feed a hive of bees.
